From the beginning, it's been the FormFab philosophy to provide a quality source for a full range of
services required by the tubing industry.

Established in 1998 by Norman Caetano, President and Owner, FormFab LLC commenced by supplying tube contour inspection
fixtures for Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers.

With over 25 yrs experience in Product Development and Engineering, a Six Sigma Black Belt Quality
Certification and experience in numerous other aspects of the business at a large Tier 1 Automotive
Supplier, it was natural for the company to evolve into more than a manufacturer of inspection fixtures.

In 2000 FormFab expanded into the fabrication of developmental prototypes for the automotive tubing industry.

Since then FormFab has continually expanded to provide a full range of services that takes the customers
concept and allows us to bring it to reality, assessing production feasibility throughout the development process.

Our technicians are all seasoned craftsmen of the tubing industry with over 100 years of aggregate experience.

In 2003 FormFab relocated to a new manufacturing facility occupying approximately 9000 sq. ft. in Auburn Hills,
MI to better serve our customers.

In 2007 FormFab moves into a new 16,000 sq.ft. facility to continue it's
growth and better serve it's growing customer base.
